Shipping and delivery
We ship every Ujooba order ourselves, direct from our own facility. No distributor, no middleman.
Where we deliver
We deliver to all seven emirates of the UAE: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. We also ship to Qatar, and to other countries on request — message us on WhatsApp for a quote before ordering from outside the UAE.
How long it takes
- Dubai and Sharjah — usually within 24 hours of confirmation.
- Other emirates — 48 to 72 hours.
- Qatar and international — quoted at the time of order.
Orders placed on Friday or on a public holiday are confirmed the next working day.
Delivery cost
Delivery is free on every order over AED 100. Below that, the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you confirm.
How your order is confirmed
Nothing is charged when you place the order. A real person messages you on WhatsApp to confirm your address and answer any question about the products before we dispatch. If we cannot reach you within 48 hours, we hold the order rather than send it out blind.
Cash on delivery
You pay the driver in cash when the parcel reaches you. Please have the exact amount ready where possible. You may open the outer parcel and check the items before paying — if the order is wrong or damaged, refuse it and pay nothing.
Tracking
We send you a tracking number on WhatsApp the moment your parcel leaves us.
Wrong or incomplete address
If a delivery fails because the address was incomplete or nobody was reachable, we will try once more. After a second failed attempt the order is cancelled and returned to us. Please double-check your building name and area before confirming.
