Is Ujooba safe? What's not in it?
No hydroquinone, no mercury and no steroids — the three ingredients behind almost every skin-lightening product that has been banned in the UAE. Every Ujooba formula is registered with Dubai Municipality, which means it has been assessed before being allowed on sale here. If you have sensitive or reactive skin, patch-test on your inner arm for 24 hours first.
Are you the official Ujooba store?
Yes. This is the official online store of the Ujooba brand. We manufacture in our own facility and ship direct — there is no distributor or reseller in between, which is why a complete routine costs AED 89 rather than the AED 200+ a marked-up chain would charge.
Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?
All seven emirates. Dubai and Sharjah usually within 24 hours, other emirates 48–72 hours. We also ship to Qatar and, on request, to other countries — message us on WhatsApp for a quote before ordering from outside the UAE.
How does cash on delivery work?
Place your order with a UAE phone number and address — nothing is charged. We message you on WhatsApp to confirm, then dispatch with tracking. You pay the driver in cash when the box reaches you.
How long until I see a difference?
Skin renews on roughly a 28-day cycle, so give any routine a full month before judging it. Photograph your skin in the same light on day 1 and day 28 — gradual change is easy to miss otherwise. And use the sunscreen every single day; without it, brightening products cannot do their job.
